Treyvon J. Grandison, 23, Dies Following Overnight Incident in Downtown Augusta, Georgia
Treyvon J. Grandison, 23, of Augusta, died following an incident near Broad Street and 10th Street during the early hours of Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Emergency medical crews transported Grandison to the emergency room at Wellstar MCG Hospital, where medical personnel pronounced them dead at 1:52 a.m.
The Richmond County coroner’s office confirmed the death on Saturday morning.
Officials scheduled an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death as Richmond County authorities continue their investigation.
The Augusta community mourns Grandison’s passing and remembers a life lost at a young age.
